General Expectations:

***General Knowledge: You are expected to have a firm understanding of your class and spec, the role you play in a raid, and your gear. If you can't play your class/spec and properly gear yourself at 70, then you'll likely end up being nothing but dead weight, which is something we've no desire to have.

***Attendance: Our raid times are: Sunday-Thursday 8pm-Midnight (Server time) Invites start at 7:30, so it's preferable you are online by then. You need to be in the raid by 7:50 at the latest.

We expect 90% attendance. That means only missing an average of one raid every two weeks. If you won't be able to make these times, please don't bother applying. This is when we raid, it's non-negotiable, and we have no desire to fill the guild with people who consistently can't make raids. 'Attending' a raid implies staying for the full duration. We also expect you to be there when we need you. If you're only going to show up for bosses that are on farm just to cop out on progression nights, you're a waste of space and simply want to ride the 'purple train'. We don't need that. In addition to that, randomly leaving the raid, refusing to come to a raid...etc will not be tolerated.

We'll make exceptions if it's something that's been brought to our attention I.E you made us aware that you can't attend raids on -insert day here- when we initally recruited you. Or you've spoken with an officer about your attendance before it becomes a problem instead of not showing up and giving us bullshit excuses.

Lastly, if you aren't going to be present for a raid, please post this on the forums. This applies even if you have already spoken with an officer.

***Personality: You must be able to take criticism. Although we all understand that everyone makes mistakes and sometimes you just have a bad night, consistent fuck-ups or consistent refusal to follow instructions will be addressed. When this happens, we expect you to have the backbone to take it, rather than acting like a five year old and throwing a tantrum.

We want our members to get along with one another and "click" as a whole. This means you should be able to deal with excessive joking around and strong language; as well as all sorts of potentially offensive conversation material.

***Be Prepared: We expect you to read strategies and bring consumables to raids. Spending an extra 10 minutes going over a fight because half the raid didn't bother to read the strat just to learn the basics of the fight is a waste of time, as is wiping because we got caught by an enrage timer at 3% as a result of no one bothering to use consumables. It's simple, so do it. We are in Sunwell, not Karazhan; therefore, we expect you to make regular use of the proper consumables.

***Attunements: Sadly, this is no longer an issue. However, we do prefer to see recruits with both Vashj and Kael under their belts.
