Enmity is an end-game raiding guild, focused on progression. Currently our focus is Sunwell.

Raid Times & Attendace:

Sunday-Thursday 8pm-Midnight (EST) with invites starting at 7:30

We expect our members to maintain 90% attendance. Members that are unable to maintain something in this range of attendance will either be replaced, or fill part time/backup spots.

Loot:

We distribute loot through the use of a Loot Council. At this time the council consists of 7 members from various classes. Decisions are based on attendance, performance, previous loot, upgrade, and senority (to a certain extent). We do not play favorites. If you show up and do your job you will be rewarded accordingly.

Recruitment:

Most of the members of Enmity, as well as most potential applicants have probably, at some point, found themselves in a guild where recruitment practices were a bit lax. We desire players who are reliable, skilled, and don't have drama hugging their coattail. When we open recruitment (especially cross-server recruitment) we are recruiting classes we need. Not looking to fill our ranks with fill-in's and bench warmers. That being said, we expect our recruits to live up to certain standards (out lined on the 'Recruitment Information' page). We will give you a fair chance, but if you consistently miss raids, attempt to cause drama, or you're just completely incompetent, it's likely you'll be asked to leave.

Environment:

Enmity has a fairly relaxed, fun environment. Please be aware that we do have a number of members with 'strong' personalities, for lack of a better way to phrase this. If you do not have a thick skin or are easily offended then you're probably best served to look elsewhere. We are not sensitive nor are we politically correct. If you can't handle criticism, please look elsewhere.

Drama:

Both Cybele and a number of Enmity's members have been in guilds where drama was a regular occurrence. Therefore, drama is something we wish to avoid at all costs. Anyone going out of their way to cause in-guild drama is simply asking to be removed. If you have a problem with another member beyond "I just don't like them"; a serious, valid concern we ask that you bring it to an Officer so that it can be dealt with. Alerting those in leadership positions of potential problems is far better than letting these problems get out of hand. We do not want a clique-ish environment nor do we want members who attepmpt to start pissing contests.

If you are a potential applicant, please view the 'Recruitment Information' page as well.
